Interior photograph of a wood column a modified capital in the lobby of the Barth Hotel located in Denver, Colorado. The 1882 building was designed by noted architect F.C. Eberley. First used as a warehouse, the four story brick and sandstone building was converted to a hotel in the 1880s. In 1930 a new owner, M. Allen Barth, gave his name to the hotel and beautified the first floor with an attractive lobby.
