MINUTES OF CHUN BOAKD MEETING

Michael Henry called the meeting to order at approximately
7:30 p.m. with 25 members present. John land gave a short talk
on the history of the Denver Free University where the meeting was
The first order of business was to replace Lynn Hufna^el - CHUN
board member - who has moved to Monument Colorado. Bill James
was nominated to fill Lynnfs position and Jim James seconded the
nomination. It was unanimously voted that Bill James become a
member of the board.
Don $oark, president elect of the Denver chapter of the American
Institute of Architects gave a report on their Centennial effort
called Environment 76. The Jury to judge this show are Paul Rudolph •
former heai of the Architectural school at Yale, J. Irvin Miller -
businessman, and Gene Hackr&an - -movie star. The show which is to be
iield at t:ie.Denver art museum in the fall of 1975.
^iary Snyder gave *i report on the CHUN Form which is to he held
on (\u^ust 20th concerin? the current school situation in Denver. A
povie will he shown, slides of the. Capitol Fill schools and a panel
discussion will be held. The for*; is at 7:30 at St. John's Daswell

concerning the problem of theft, violence, etc. which is ?oin^ on at
