Reverend Paul R. Ziatyk holds up a special Nativity icon that was used in Christmas celebrations at the Transfiguration of Christ Eastern Orthodox Church located in Denver, Colorado. The icon is a reproduction of a 15th Century icon showing Mary in a reclining position in the center with the open cave and the Christ Child beside her. Other figures from the Nativity story surround them.
