At Wolhurst, in Littleton, Colorado, Thomas Walsh passes President Taft a small silver hammer, which was used to ceremonially install a sign below reading: "This Estate was renamed "Clonmel" by the President of the United States William Howard Taft on the occasion of his visit to Mr. and Mrs. Thomas F. Walsh September 22, 1909."
