Men and a little girl pose at the open, double doors of this blacksmith business in Boulder, Colorado. They wear leather aprons. The frame, gable roofed building with brick chimneys has a false front and ornate signs: "Plows harrows Weir sulkies cultivators" "Wagon and carriage making Blacksmith" and "Carriage and sign paintin[g]." Wheels, axles, rims, hand plows, a sawhorse and buckboard are along the walls. A sliding door is open in back, next to the two-story part of the enterprise. A picket fence and trees are to the side.
