Summary
In Boulder, Colorado, arrangements of chrysanthemums flank the dais at this dedication ceremony at the University of Colorado at Boulder, with American and Colorado flags. An emblem reads: "University of Colorado;" has greek lettering, and depicts a seated, robed figure, laurels and a torch. Suited men sit to the side by a loudspeaker; bare trees and buildings are in the background. The backs of the audience are in the foreground; one man aims an 8mm movie camera. Parked cars include a Volvo.
