Old Main, at the University of Colorado at Boulder, is a four- story, ornate brick building with a stone foundation. It has arched windows and mansard roofed, ridgecrested towers. The largest, projecting from the body of the structure, houses the gothic arched entry. Trees are planted in the surrounding lawn, an urn is by the steps, and a shed is to the side.
