Notes

It is situated in the valley between the Table Mountain and the foot of the mountain chain, at an elevation of 5882 feet above the sea. Table Mountain rises 588 feet above the stream that flows at its base. The lower portion is of stratified rock of the tertiary period, and is crowned with a deep overflow of basaltic lava which has been eroded, leaving Table Mountain and Castle Rock as here seen."; Formerly F39595.; Stamp on back of stereo card label: Mrs. W.W. Fuller.; Stereo card is worn and soiled.; Title printed on label on back of photoprint with town description and "NO 96."; R7100100047
