Summary	Perspective (color) of the front elevation, first floor plan (with attached garage) and basement of a Streamline Moderne house, ca. 1937. The front facade is dominated by a large, horizontal, curved metal casement window and decorative horizontal banding below the flat roof line. The structure is oriented toward the east and contains a small terrace with an unsupported overhang next to the front door. If built, the two bedroom home would probably have been constructed of stucco over cement block or brick. The design was included with similar ones in a pattern book compiled by Axtens in the 1930s.
