Front elevation (east) of a simple Tudor Revival style residence in Fort Collins, Colorado, commissioned by C. F. Wolfer in 1939. The one and a half story house contains wood siding, a wood shingle roof, multi-paned windows, large brick chimney with stone decorations and chimney cap, pitched roof dormers, decorative shutters, iron gutters, and a paneled front door with arched windows and side lights.
