Date

Summary
Perspective (color), first, second and partial basement plans for a Streamline Moderne style house, ca. 1936. The front facade is dominated by three large curved horizontal metal casement windows with decorative horizontal banding at the flat roof line and around the window openings. The structure is oriented toward the southwest with a separate sun room over the front entrance hall. If built, the three bedroom (plus maid's quarters), four bath residence (two full, two partial) would probably have been constructed of colored brick. The design was included with similar ones in a pattern book compiled by Axtens in the 1930s.
