The drawing displays how the propsed second floor addition to the Dr. and Mrs. Peter Durante residence at 5885 Monaco, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Colo. would look from the vantage point of the east and west sides of the house. The exterior elevations show that the house and addtion are modernist in style, horizontal in emphasis with a flat roof (with simple mansuard roof styling), verticle wood siding, and brick veneers.
