Summary
Elevations (southeast-front, southwest-left side, northeast-right side) of the University of Denver's Civic Center Classroom building, 15th (Fifteenth) Street, and West Colfax, Civic Center neighborhood, Denver, Colorado, commissioned in 1947. The building is an example of the international style of architectural design characterized by the building's horizontal emphasis; flat roof; and ribbon, metal casement windows with vertical metal louvers for sun shade. Utilized by the City of Denver as an office bundling for many years, the structure has been incorporated into the design and construction of the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building (2002).
