Standing behind her is a woman in a dress with a buttoned bodice and bugle bead decoration and a fob that hangs from a button hole. She has on a pointed lace collar and a bar pin. Her hair is parted and pulled back and she wears eye glasses. The third woman sits and wears a dress with a fitted bodice decorated with velvet ribbon, the bodice and skirt have knife peats. The dress has slightly puffed sleeves and she wears a scarf tie loosely around her neck. Her hair is pulled back and parted in the middle.
