Title	Cozens - Lemmon Mercantile Co., Frazer [sic], Colorado
Summary	The Cozens Lemmon Mercantile Company is a two-story building with a stepped false front and a one-story section on one side. The name of the business is on the front, and other signs read "Board and Rooms" and "Post Office." In 1906, William Cozens, the son of the first postmaster, and Evan D. Lemmon, the owner of a ranch, went into the mercantile business; on June 14, 1906, Lemmon became postmaster, and the post office was moved into the building.
