Shows flat bed railroad cars filled with men holding personal belongings, household goods & furniture moved by rail to this point for safety; men seated on ridge cut & photographer with camera equipment on tripod observing fire in town; and a small glimpse of wooden frame buildings & residences in the background through ridge cut.
