Exterior view of Bank block with "new" Victor Hotel, Fourth (4th) Street & Victor Avenue, Victor, Colorado; a semi-detached, rectangular stone & brick building, four stories (constructed in 1899), with load bearing tan brick walls with basement originally holding bank safe, main or west elevation with five bays divided vertically by brick pilasters & hoizontally by brick spandrels, flat roof, storefronts along first floor with semi-arched entrance & recessed door at front & side, paired windows except for single end bays, second & third floor windows are one-over-one double hung sash & paired fourth floor windows crest semi- elliptical arch, boxed overhanging cornice with brackets & plain frieze, exterior fire escape stairway. Shows "New Hotel Victor" arched sign over corner doorwaym, pool & Coca-cola signs attached to adjacent buildings, fire hydrant, and a street intersection light.
