Title	Dubois St., Chase Gulch
Summary	View above the entrance to Chase Gulch, near Black Hawk, Colorado, with Highway 119 and North Clear Creek on the right. A large two- story house is on the right with bay windows on first floor, double hung on second, single chimney, front porch with stairs and railing, three windows over porch, and a large semi-circular patio facing south near bay windows. To the left are four other houses, one dark, three white. Above the structures is the two-foot gauge Gilpin Tram grade used to carry raw ore down from the mines to the processing stamps and smelters along Clear Creek.
