Summary	Exterior view looking northeast of the original 'Summer House' at Ute Iron Springs in Manitou Springs, Colorado; a shingle roofed pavilion (built 1880) with latticed balustrade and wooden arched columns. On the left is a buggy (top down) with two children in it and a woman holding the reins; a standing man is holding the bridle of one of the horses. A woman with a folded parasol is seated by the entrance of the spring; she is embroidering. A woman is inside, holding a ; glass, and another woman is seated on the right. All three are wearing hats, bodices and full dresses.
