(The mission was reloatced to 11th Street in 1902.) A sign reading "W.C.T.U. Mission" hangs from the railing of the balcony over the entrance. Another sign reading "Free Dispensary for Women and Children from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m." hangs above a small chalkboard reading "Prayer Meeting 10:30 a.m. every day." Both the sign and ; the chalkboard hang from a column supporting the balcony. The woman on the far right wears a dark fur coat wrapped around her shoulders.
