Kunkle, James Erwin, 1940-
Six-story, street-car power plant buildings in Pueblo, Colorado, are metal with stepped, flat or monitor roofs and smokestacks. Transformer racks are enclosed by chain link fence, and 1970's vans and trucks with camper shells are parked in the area. One has "Chevrolet" embossed on the tailgate.
