Summary	An unidentified man sits on the ground in front of a fence on Lee Hill Road in Boulder County, Colorado. The man is possibly waiting for a stagecoach. He holds binoculars in his right hand and wears a hat. The dirt road leads back to two large ranches in the background at the base of a hill. A wire fence with log posts runs parallel to the road.

Notes	photonegative also identified as "F30028."; Title from inventory prepared by Western History Department, Denver Public Library; words "The Foster Ranch - center - Stage stop on Golden-Central City-Route, during 1860's. The road at this point traverses a steep section on Smith Hill extending north from its Clear Creek junction south of Black Hawk. H.H.
