Summary	The Buck Hose Company, Gunnison Volunteer Fire Department, financed by Elisa Buck, Gunnison businessman, on Main Street and Virginia, in front of the First Nation Bank, Gunnison, Colorado. The long line of fire fighters in uniform stand with hosecart, harness and fire hose. Identifiable members include left to right: J. Miller, T. J. Kane, Mase Block, Fred Leon Leonard, M.D. Matteson (on horse). Business signs read: "Abercrombie & Karr Lawyers" "Western Union Telegraph Office" "Meat Market" "Bakery" "Gunnison Brewery" and "Dry Goods & Carpet."
