Summary	cross over the building. People have made tracks walking in the snow in the foreground.; The museum at Mesa Verde National Park sits on a gently sloping hillside covered in snow. Juniper trees line the front of the museum, built by Jesse Nusbaum, superintendent of the park, and partially funded by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Resembling a Native American pueblo, the flat-roofed building is made of stones and wooden beams that protrude at varying lengths below the roofline. It has three sets of windows on the front and a large, covered entrance. Two power lines
