Summary
Men beside a cement wall look at wreckage from the Arkansas River flood in Pueblo (Pueblo County), Colorado. Shows standing water, mud, debris and damaged Denver and Rio Grande Western and Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe railroad bridges. A brick three-story building reads: "Riverside Social Center." The Nuckolls Packing Company plant is in the distance.
