View of two-story, brick Masonic Temple in Montrose, Colorado, features a square front facade, a plaque engraved with, "Masonic Temple" near the top, an overhanging eave, rectangular second story windows with ionic columns between them, a small projecting balcony, and three recessed entry doors at street level. Another plaque, near the double door entrance reads: "Aid by the M. W. Grand Lodge A. F. & A. M. of Colorado March 11 A. D. 1911 A. L. 5911." Opposite is another plaque with Temple symbols printed on it.
