Hebrew letters read: "Bet Ha Knesset Shearith Yisroel." Washington School is in the background.

Notes	Developer flaws in photoprint.; Title penciled on verso.; Typed and inked on negative sleeve: "#174. In 1905 this was St. Andrews Episcopal Church. Oldest church bldg. extant in Denver, originally Emmanuel Episcopal Chapel built 1876-77. Consecrated 9/14/1877. Purchased by Shearith Israel 1903, purchased by Wolfgang Pogzeba 5/17/1963, approved for listing in Natl. Register of Historic Landmarks 12/1/1969, now included in Auraria Campus of Community College of Denver."; Library owns additional iterations of this image in various formats: 1 film negative ; 13 x 18 cm.
