Summary	A group of mostly members of Colorado and Kansas legal teams sit or stand and pose on the front (east) portico of the United States Capitol building in Washington D.C. The men wear suits with neck ties or bow ties, wire-rimmed spectacles, watch chains, and laced, leather boots. One man sits and holds a cigar. A sculpture entitled War by the Italian sculptor Luigi Persico shows Ares (Mars), the Greek god of war in a niche behind the men.
