Police men stand on either side of the group that consists of men, women, and children. An old man with a long beard wears a Georgetown Fire Department hat and many commemorative ribbons. Model buildings of Tiny Town are in the distance. Signs on buildings read: "R. R. Station" "Library" "School" "Turner Fireproof Warehouse" "Rooms" "Pine Rest Grocer Co." "Barber Shop" "Pool Hall" "General Merchandise" "Tea Pot Dome Filling Station" and "Club House."
