Shows Civic Center park, the Colorado State Capitol Building, Denver City and County Building, Petroleum Building, Farmers Union Building, Mile High Center, Brown Palace Hotel, Denver Public Library, Carnegie Building, Mountain States Telephone Building, Denver Gas and Electric Building, Daniels and Fisher Tower, Majestic Building, Colorado State Office Building, Argonaut Hotel, and Scottish Rite Masonic Temple. A large hole is excavated for the footings of the Hilton Hotel and May D & F.

Notes	Formerly 5963.; Title supplied.; Typewritten note attached to back of print: "Denver, the nation's newest great metropolis as viewed from the air. Left of the Mile High City's famed Civic Center is the City and County Building, center right, the State Capitol, to the left is the new Public Library. Center of the picture is the main business section, showing excavations for a new hotel and the new location for Daniels and Fisher Department Store. Far right The Brown Palace Hotel, left of Mile High Center, has announced plans for a new hotel, the Brown Palace West, to be built across the street. Another new skyscraper office building under construction will house the First National Bank. The spectacular Rocky Mountains, not shown, are west (left) of the city. To the right of the City and County Building is unique Hospitality Center, welcoming center for all visitors to Colorful Colorado, where free travel consultation service and free literature is given to tourists and convention delegates.
