Summary
View of part of the interior of the ornate Victorian style Colorado Mineral Palace in the city of Pueblo (Pueblo County), Colorado. Shows a proscenium stage with the statue of an Indian woman, artificial coal, and stalactities. There is a domed and painted ceiling and gilded columns with glass display cabinets that contain mineral specimens. Signs attached to the cabinets read: "Eagle Co.", "Custer Co.", Chaffee Co." There are free standing display cases, paintings on easels, a pipe organ, murals and decorative plaster work in the room.
