Summary	A group of men and women stand on the coal dock station at Arrow (Arrowhead), Colorado. The coal pocket dock was built by Hewitt Construction to keep the many Denver, Northwestern and Pacific engines fueled during the war years. Railroad cars show through the timbered trusses of the dock. Snow and small trees cover foreground slope. Arrow was the first incorporated town in Grand County in 1904.
