Summary	A winter view of the town of Aspen, Colorado. The tops of mullein can be seen in the foreground sticking out of the snow. In the middle distance are snow covered rooftops of early homes and buildings in the town of Aspen. In the background is Aspen Mountain (formerly Ajax) with runs cleared for skiing. The buildings on the lower central portion of the mountain are the remains of the Aspen Deep Mining & Drainage Company mining operations from the 1890s. The larger building is actually the ore bin from Aspen Mine which is connected to the Veteran tunnel. To the left of the ore bin is the T-bar apparatus going up the beginner slope known as Little Nell.
