The high school building in Aspen, Colorado is a two story, masonry building with a gabled roof, eyelid dormer, and a large turret with a bell-shaped roof and embrocaded brickwork. The building has rectangular and arched windows, as well as a gabled front porch with spindles. "Aspen High School" is written under the porch gable. A wrought iron fence surrounds the schoolyard, and two small girls, one of whom holds an umbrella, stand in the school yard next to the building. Bare trees surround the fence in the yard.
