Summary
View down a main street in Altman, Colorado, located three miles north of Victor, on a saddle between Bull Hill and Bull Cliff, Teller County, shows the wide muddy street with a horse-drawn "Gillett Dairy" wagon, and townspeople in front of wood frame false fronts. Front gable and lean-to structures and a few evergreens also line street. A tall flagpole is in center of street, and telegraph and telephone poles are along side. Bull Cliff, in the background, is covered with mines and tailing dumps.
