The New Windsor Hotel is in Silver Plume, Colorado. Prior to being the New Windsor Hotel (1902), this property was the Windsor Hotel, both of which were owned and operated by the Lampshire family. The New Windsor hotel features two stories, a hipped roof, two gabled dormers, horizontal clapboard siding, a second floor balcony with balustrade and a decorative screen door, a first floor porch, and decorative brackets on the support posts. There are four people standing on the balcony, and twelve people and a dog sitting on the porch steps and stools on the first floor. A sign with the hotel name on it projects out and is connected to a telephone pole.
