Five men (probably a survey crew) stand where bridges cross on the 14th Street viaduct. Shows the iron rod fence that spans most of the viaduct, a sidewalk and the unfinished road. A stack of lumber is nearby. The Denver City Hall is in the background. The viaduct began at 14th and Wazee and ended at 14th and Platte Street. It was later replaced by Speer Boulevard.
