Summary	View northeast over remains of Altman, Colorado, located three miles north of Victor, on a saddle between Bull Hill and Bull Cliff, Teller County, shows a few wood frame structures. Mine shaft headframes and tailing dumps show on the slope. Pikes Peak and mountains are in the background.
