Summary
The rock fireplace with tiles depicting Native American tribal scenes set in the stone is a feature of the 'Swan's Nest,' near Breckenridge, Colorado. One tile is of a man in a military uniform and has letters reading: "Saginaw Jake, Alaska" the other is of a man with a shield, spear and feathered headdress; letters read: "Ute Warrior." The house was built near the Swan River in the 1890's by Ben Stanley Revett, general manager of the North American Gold Dredging Company.
