Summary
View of Breckenridge, Colorado, looking northwest, from Barney Ford Hill (formerly called "Nigger Hill"). Snow capped Tenmile range towers behind the fledgeling town, whose buildings are in the center. New growth surrounds spindly, burned evergreens in the foreground leading up to a dry ditch, and a gnarled, dead tree on the right.
