Title	DeMaineville Block in Leadville
Summary	This view of the exterior of the DeMaineville Block in Leadville, Colorado shows the two story brick commercial block, built in 1882. The building features paired brackets, enriched cornice, corner double door entrance with stone quoins, molded surrounds on the second- story windows, and three or four different business fronts with signs and awnings. The suspended sign on the corner reads "Cafe, Bakery, Soda" and advertising on the awning includes "Fountain" and "Coca-Cola." The next business on the left also has a suspended sign "Drugs" and windows "Sayer, Drugs, McKee." Below the large storefront windows on kickplates "Kodaks, Sayer & McKee, Drugs." The next business has a long sign above transom windows "Safeway Stores." A man walks along the raised sidewalk in front of the Safeway Store.
