Summary	Exterior view of the Ute Iron Spring Chateau in Manitou Springs (El Paso County), Colorado. The frame octagonal pavilion has latticework and projecting bays; a man and a woman stand in one of the entries. The pavilion has a shingled, faceted conical roof with an ornamental dormer, vent-cap top and flagpole, a shelter with benches and a table. Shows a bridge across Ruxton Creek and power lines, and a two story, cross gable roofed cottage with two-story open porch. This building has a finial on one gable, and a sign that reads: "Iron Springs Co. Office." A garden hose, bushel basket, box, shovel, and buggy are in front of the pavilion; the scrub dotted bluffs of Englemann Canyon are in the distance.
