Summary	Exterior view of the Mansions Hotel in Manitou Springs, Colorado, looking northeast. Built in 1875, this three-story frame structure features gable roof, chimneys, dormers, and wrap-around porches. At the main entrance is a porch with wooden piers and curved brackets; above is a balcony. Well-dressed visitors are on the porches and balcony; one, sitting in the open porch, has an upright concert harp in front of him. A rock fountain with a jet of water is in front of the building, and scrub dotted bluffs fill the background.
