Built in 1873 by William Bell, a founder of Manitou Springs, this Tudor style two-story residence features gables, bay windows, dormers, jigsaw work in the gable peaks, stone chimneys, and a sun porch. A stone urn is on the right, at the front entry; the driveway is in the foreground. Constructed of local green stone, this building burned in 1886.
