Summary	Interior view of the Georgetown Courier building in Georgetown, Colorado. Jerome (Jerry) Dingerson, in a plaid shirt, apron, and pin- striped trowsers with a screwdriver in the back pocket, kneels to the right of an enclosed water wheel and grasps the valve wheel. Two belts are attached to the water wheel. In the foreground are a rack and a table holding sheets of the newspaper. The wall behind is of rough stone implying that the room is in the basement.
