The east side of the street is in the shade, and the west side of the street is in the sun. Landmarks on both sides of the street include, the Partelli blocks, the Dostal block, the Shaffnit block, the Meyer building, the Harris block, the Roworth building, and the I.O.O.F. building. The Wells, Fargo & Co. building is in the background at the intersection of Main and Eureka streets. A car is parked on the right side of Main Street near this intersection. Two carts pulled by horses are standing on the right side of the street near the intersection.
