Native American (Pueblo, Hopi) men, Snake and Antelope members, take part in a Snake Dance at Walpi Pueblo, First Mesa, Arizona. The men make a circuit around the Dance Rock, past the kisi. They wear moccasins, kilts, fur pelts which hang from leather belts, body paint, and feather headdresses. They carry feather snake whips. Spectators stand and sit on the Dance Rock and near the edge of the mesa.
