A two story, masonry house is built above a retaining wall at the intersection of two streets in Central City, Colorado. The house has a flat roof, a chimney, two side bay windows, rectangular windows with lintels, and a covered porch that extends around the corner of the house. The porch has a railing composed of spindles and decorative barge board around the top of each column. "Lee" hangs on the side of the house between two upper windows. A hedge grows around the top of the retaining wall and weeds grow at its base. There is a gate between the masonry retaining walls in front of the house. Houses, partially obscured by trees, are to the left and the right of the house on the corner. Wood fences and a masonry wall are on the other three corners of the intersection. A "Dead End" sign is at the corner and two "No Parking Any Time" signs are posted on the street.
