and
hats
, and
two
in
white
work
clothes
,
pose
on a
platform
with a
cart
loaded
with
white
sacks
of
flour
.
Another
man
in a
suit
stands
alone
in
front
of the
mill
. There are
three
boxcars
on the
railroad
tracks
along
the
side
of the
elevator
.
Several
broick
and
wood
structures
make
up
the
mill
,
established
in
1880
, that
produced
some
300
barrels
of
Blanca
and
Four
Aces
Flour
every
day
for the
Colorado
and
Southwest
market
.
Over
100,000
bushels
of
valley
grown
wheat
could
by
stored
in the
huge
elevator
.
