View of the Ideal Cement Company plant under construction in Portland, Fremont County, Colorado, shows concrete supports, steel pipes towering over men working on scaffolding, an Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe freight car, crane, sifter, and girders are supported by guy wires. The Saguache Range is in the background. This was the largest cement plant in the world at one time.
